Field of view: 30 mm. Heulandite-Ca associated with mordenite. The hexagonal tabular transparent crystals are heulandite-Ca. The radial groups of white acicular crystals perched on heulandite-Ca are mordenite.
Recovered from an open space of tholeiitic andesitic-basaltic tuff breccia in an oceanic arc subjected to prophylitization alteration.
Heulandite-Ca from this location was described in 1995.
