It flowered in January.

The petal was purple and the bract was dark purplish red.

The tube flower was composed of 3 petals whose tips were slightly reflexing outside.

The petals was L 20 mm. The stamens and the pistil were protruded 10 mm.

A flower bloomed for a day.

3 flowers bloomed from the bottom side of the spike at intervals of 1 - 5 days.
