It flowered in June.

The petal was deep purple C40 M100 Y0 K30, and the bract was reddish brown C0 M60 Y40 K30 at the tip and green C10 M0 Y40 K30=(10, 0, 40, 30) at the base.

The wide opened flower was composed of 3 petals whose tip was slightly edged. The flower was L 18 mm and D 24 mm. The stamens and the pistil were not protruded.

A flower blooms for 6 days. The short inflorescence produced a flower.
